Zinc Spray är en snabbtorkande färg som ger utmärkt korrosionsskydd för stålkonstruktioner, kaross och chassikomponenter samt alla typer av rörsystem. Den möjliggör elektrisk svetsning av belagda ytor.
Den har utmärkt vidhäftning och flexibilitet, vilket skapar en slät beläggning som grundligt skyddar alla typer av färg. Temperaturbeständig upp till +120o
Perfekt som primer för ytor som är i fuktiga förhållanden. Efter torkning kan den målas. Zinkhalten i det torra skiktet är 90 %. Produkten uppfyller DIN-standarderna.
Användningsinstruktioner:
Rengör ytan och ta bort fettet, slipa sedan metallytan smidigt. Skaka behållaren i cirka 3 minuter före användning och spraya sedan från ett avstånd av cirka 15-20 cm, täck delen ordentligt.
Efter 20-30 minuter är lagret torrt vid beröring.
Total torktid: 24 timmar
Optimal appliceringstemperatur: 16-25C.
Efter användning, vänd på burken och spraya tills ventilen är tom.
