Bilfönsterlim "BOLL" SPRINT är ett enkomponent polyuretanlim som härdar mycket snabbt under påverkan av luftfuktighet, vilket skapar en elastomer med mycket goda mekaniska egenskaper. Den är resistent mot vatten, väder och syror. På grund av sin goda vidhäftning, elasticitet och hållbarhet används den för limning av vindrutor och bakrutor på motorfordon. Den resulterande hållbara tätningen tål stora temperaturfluktuationer och möjliggör differentiell termisk expansion av de kombinerade glas- och metallytorna, vilket gör att båda elementen kan röra sig oberoende av varandra. Den kan användas i bilar med krockkuddesystem.
Uppfyller CRASH TEST-kraven (standard FMVSS 212) efter 3 timmar vid 23°C och 50 % relativ luftfuktighet.

HUR MAN ANVÄNDER
Rengör kanten av glaset med BOLL Silicone Remover. Applicera "BOLL Primer" med en applikator på glasets kant och stomme och låt torka i minst 15 minuter. Applicera autoglaslim på kroppsflänsen för hand eller med en pneumatisk skrapa. Placera och tryck sedan glaset lätt mot husflänsen och förbättra trycket och stödet på distansblocken. Efter 1 timme är bilen klar att köra (23°C och 50 % luftfuktighet).
Rengör och avfetta ytan noggrant
Primer glasets yta och stommen med "BOLL primer"
Vänta cirka 15 minuter tills "BOLL Primer" har torkat helt.
